What is Your Return Policy?
All Vaidevi sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds under any circumstances including change of mind or major colour variation from screen display.
Do you offer exchanges?
We offer exchanges only in the case of a damaged product received.
To claim an exchange you must share an unboxing video showing the damage within 24 hours of delivery. No video = no exchange claim accepted.
Do I Have to Pay for Return Shipping?
Return shipping costs may vary depending on the reason for the return. If the return is due to a defect or our error, we will cover the shipping costs. Otherwise, the customer may be responsible for return shipping fees.
What if I receive a damaged product?
We are so sorry if this happens. Please follow these steps:
• Do not panic.
• E-Mail your unboxing video to info@vaidevi.com within 24 hours of receiving the order.
• Our team will review within 24-48 hours and confirm your exchange.
This is why we always recommend recording your unboxing video - it is your protection and ours.
Why do you recommend recording an unboxing video?
We pack every order with great care but damage can occasionally happen in transit.
An unboxing video is the only way we can verify a damage claim and process your exchange quickly. It protects you as the buyer and helps us serve you better.
