Do you ship all across India?

Yes! We ship to every corner of India.
Standard delivery takes 5-7 working days depending on your location.

Once your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS.

Yes. Orders above Rs.1499 qualify for free shipping across India.
Orders below this amount have a flat shipping charge of Rs. 100.

Address changes
can be made within 12 hours of placing your order.

All Vaidevi jewellery is handcrafted on an anti-tarnish brass base with gold plating.
Our stones are real Polki - uncut, natural and authentic - along with ruby, emerald and jade cabochons depending on the piece.

Anti-tarnish means your jewellery will not fade, blacken or lose its golden brilliance with regular wear. Unlike ordinary fashion jewellery, Vaidevi pieces are treated to maintain their finish for much longer - making them a lasting investment.

Our gold-toned heritage jewellery is designed to complement all Indian skin tones beautifully. The warm gold finish with coloured stones particularly glows against dusky, wheatish and fair skin tones.

Most of our pieces - necklaces, haath phool, payals and rings - are adjustable or one size fits all. Where sizing matters we have mentioned it clearly on the product page. If you are unsure, WhatsApp us with your query before ordering.

It depends on the
product. Necklace sets include the necklace and matching earrings.

Haath phool is
sold as a pair. Payals are sold as a pair. Rings are sold individually unless mentioned
otherwise. Please check the individual product page for details.

All Vaidevi sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds under any circumstances including change of mind or major colour variation from screen display.

We offer exchanges only in the case of a damaged product received.

To claim an exchange you must share an unboxing video showing the damage within 24 hours of delivery. No video = no exchange claim accepted.

We are so sorry if this happens. Please follow these steps:
• Do not panic.
• E-Mail your unboxing video to info@vaidevi.com within 24 hours of receiving the order.
• Our team will review within 24-48 hours and confirm your exchange.

This is why we always recommend recording your unboxing video - it is your protection and ours.

We pack every order with great care but damage can occasionally happen in transit.
An unboxing video is the only way we can verify a damage claim and process your exchange quickly. It protects you as the buyer and helps us serve you better.
